Verbatim is the written form what you talk each other (between you and client):
1 Write atmosphere in the room
2 How your client looks like; male/female, appearance, how old he looks,
3 Write exactly what you talk and his/her response (verbal, nonverbal, and expressions as well)
“Write Verbatim,” then sending it to the Supervisor.
